Tile Roof Restoration Service
Our Tile Roof Restoration service is designed to extend the life of your roof, improve performance, and prevent future leaks. We provide a thorough, multi-step maintenance process that includes:
- Roof Surface Cleaning: Removal and disposal of debris from the entire roof, including water channels, valleys, skylights, and chimneys.
- Tile Repairs: Replacement or repair of up to 20 missing, cracked, or broken tiles, along with inspection and correction of ridge cap fastening.
- Eco-Friendly Roof Treatment: Application of Wash Safe Roof Cleaner, followed by a light power wash to safely rejuvenate the tile surface.
- Moss & Waterproofing Treatment: Application of Moss Out and a fine mist of Flex Seal on deteriorated tiles that are no longer waterproof (targeted areas only).
- Leak Prevention: Inspection and sealing of potential leak points, including all flashings, pipe and vent collars, skylights, and roof-to-wall transitions.
- Gutter Service: Complete cleaning of gutters and downspouts to restore proper drainage.
- Final Cleanup: Full cleanup and removal of all job-related debris.
Warranty: Northbay Roofing & Gutter Co. guarantees against roof leaks for one year (interior damage resulting from existing leaks or future leaks not included).
Additional Tile Replacement: The service includes up to 20 tile replacements; additional tiles will be billed at time and material.
