- Eco-Friendly Roof Treatment: Application of Wash Safe Roof Cleaner across the entire roof, followed by a light power wash to remove moss, algae, and surface buildup.
- Moss & Waterproofing Treatment: Application of Moss Out for long-lasting protection, with targeted Flex Seal liquid rubber treatment applied to severely deteriorated shingles that are no longer waterproof.
- Leak Prevention: Inspection and sealing of all critical flashing areas, including pipe collars, vents, skylights, roof-to-wall transitions, and chimney areas.
- Gutter Service: Complete cleaning and clearing of gutters and downspouts to restore proper drainage.
- Final Cleanup: Full job-site cleanup and removal of all project-related debris.
